Groups for Parents with Adult Children at Home

Many parents are surprised to find their adult children reluctant or unable to "fly out of the nest" into independent living situations.  This often creates situations of conflict and confusion about the most supportive and effective ways to handle the situation.
In these groups you will meet and join with others who share the same concerns and learn compassionate ways to set appropriate boundaries, deal effectively with conflict and best support and empower your adult child.

Supervision and Support Groups for Healers

This group will meet twice monthly to support and supervise energy healers and others in the helping professions.  We will explore transference and countertransference as it applies to dyadic helping relationships; boundaries; as well as emotions and feelings and technique in a compassionate and safe environment.
Screening interview required.

Advanced Light Energy Skills

Groups are forming to learn advanced Light Energy Skills such as Awakening Your Light Body, Filling in the Frequencies, Self-Exciting and Flow, Alignment and Connection (TM)
Each group will have its own prerequisites.

This workshop is for people who would like to connect to deep wisdom from within and without.  Through meditations and guided journeys, each person will be given an opportunity to learn techniques which work for them to open their own channel. This workshop is primarily experiential.

Catherine has been channeling for many years and was contacted by The Goddess of Self Care, about five years ago.  She has channeled about 25 lectures from the Goddess which are available in tape and written transcript form upon request.
